- Click on ‘Update QuickBooks’.

Step 3- Force stop the program.
- Open your Task Manager.
- Click on the Processes tab.

- Reopen QuickBooks afterwards.
Step 4- Run QuickBooks as the windows
- Close QuickBooks.
- Now Right click to the QuickBooks Desktop icon.

Step 5- Check your internet explorer settings.
- Open the Internet Explorer program window.

- Look for the “Use TLS 1.0” check-box and mark it in the settings window.
- Make sure the “Use TLS 1.1” and “Use TLS 1.2” boxes are not marked.
- Now, click on “Apply” and then “OK”.
- Exit the Internet Explorer settings.
- Try to download the update again.
- Restart your system to make sure everything is working smoothly.
Step 6- Start your computer in Selective Startup.
- Press the Windows button and then type ‘Run’ to open the Run command.

- Next, clear the “Load Startup” checkbox.
- Click OK to save your changes.
- Restart your system as prompted.
- Reopen QuickBooks once your system restarts.
- Try to download the latest tax table now.
- Once the download is complete, go back to the System Configuration Utility.
- Select the Normal Startup checkbox and click OK.
- Restart the system again to make sure everything is working smoothly.
